Revit to SCIA: warning DCOM server is not registered
When using the direct exchange option of the Revit plugin and the warning "The DCOM server (IID_IEnvESA) is not registered. Please register DLLs under user account with administrator rights" pops up, this relates to the Registry entry of SCIA Engineer. Using the 'file exchange' instead could be a temporary solution.
As this exception is from the Registry while launching SCIA Engineer, we need to manually register the DCOM libraries of SCIA Engineer by running the command.
The following workaround will help you to overcome this issue:

Close SCIA Engineer and make sure the “sciaengineer.exe” or 'esa.exe is not available in the Task manager.

Run the command line in Administrator mode

Open this location C:\"Program Files"\Scia\Engineerxx.x\sciaengineer.exe /regserver
If this does not resolve the issue, uninstall SCIA Engineer and reinstall with full administrator rights.
