This paper presents a calculation of a residential building located in Makarska. The task of this graduate work was to produce a construction project. That includes static and dynamic structural analysis, verifications of the ultimate and serviceability limit states of the construction elements, formwork plans and reinforcement detailing.
The load-bearing system of the construction consists of bounded masonry walls, reinforced concrete walls, slabs, columns, and monolithic plates. The thesis includes a technical report, modal analysis and seismic calculation, results of dimensioning of all load-bearing elements of the structure as well as reinforcement drawings.
